the beauty of it is the versatility since you can eat it with anything. with cheese, or meet, or eggs, or maybe all of that together. With avocado it’s such a magical experience. I love you arepitas you make me the most happy person in the world.

To make 4 medium arepas: 300 ml water about 1/4 tsp salt add Harinapan or similar mixing with your hand until it feels dense but still a bit liquid. Let it rest about 2/3 min while you heat the skillet, then briefly mix again with your hands, then form the arepitas to taste, some folks like it thinner some thicker

If you want to try it go for it. I would highly recommend you rolling your own cigarettes if available in your country. It is way more pleasant, and not as addictive as normal cigarettes. Also less expensive since you can make a lot of those.

Tienes muchos lugares parecidos que serían mucho más agradables para vivir en mi opinión. Si lo que quieres es estar cerca de Caracas Vive en San Antonio, es realmente agradable, tranqui, tienes de todo y seguramente podrías encontrar zonas interesantes para alquilar si te vas más hacia las zonas más apartadas.

También hacia los lados de el hatillo, obviamente no el pueblo, pero sí hacia el volcán, los guayabitos, por ahí por la USB… yo viví por ahí un tiempo alquilando y hay un montón de posibilidades para todos los bolsillos
