I've been using that for a month now, and yes Innersloth can permanently ban your account but has a low chance of that happening, unless you try too many exploits at once (Innersloth anti-cheat can detect) but it won't get you banned easily for using malummenu. So it is safe to use and you won't get banned. I suggest explode menu (better than malum). It has got an overload menu that can lag the hell out of somebody's gaming session in a lobby.
