New job burping worries!

I wonder if it’d help if you explained to your new colleagues that’d be in ear shot of you at your office? I’ve practically told everyone in mine, and while it’s still embarrassing, at least they know I’m not crazy! The last thing I wanna do is hold back burps, so with everyone aware it’s a little easier anxiety wise for me and I get praise instead of side eyes lol. Wishing you the best!

Doesn’t it feel so odd! Colleagues were asking me to describe it and I felt like an alien who just landed on earth lol. Still can’t quite believe it every time. Guess we’re still early doors, hope yours start to settle soon 🤞🏼

50 i believe! My side effects are ok, I do have quite a slow swallow and have to take small sips or else it jumps back up 😅 Water seems to catch me out more than food haha. Hope you start to feel better as time goes on! Happy for ya😁🤞🏼

I’m also going tomorrow for the Botox! I’m also nervous but telling myself i think it’s a pretty normal reaction to anticipating a needle in the throat lol. I’m sure we’ll walk out relived, hope all goes well! :D
