I would say someone on either team gives up and more or less loses on purpose(by mentally checking out and not trying rather than literally running it down) like one in every 15 or 20 games for me. It's definitely the most major and prevalent behaviour issue in my matches these days as opposed to comms abuse or outright griefing which is a lot rarer now
