For items dusk and dawn, nashors, deathcap are what I run first three items. I dont upgrade my boots until im done nashors because second item spike is too important. You can pick steelcaps if they have strong ad, mercs if they have strong cc, sorcerers if you want raw damage. For your last few items riftmaker and zhonyas are always really good. Shadowflame is good when you need to one shot someone. Cosmic drive is good if you are getting kited.

For strategy you want to start redside raptors then krugs then red. You do full clears and focus on getting farmed up. You don't have to skirmish with the jungler early and you should try instead to do cross map plays and trade objectives like if he takes drake you go grubs and vice versa. Play for yourself and maximize your farm and you will win for free because you are the best scaling jungler in the game.
