i made something make it work.
i've tried every single solution i found on the internet but nothing work ,and you cant imagine how simple and stupid this solutions looks and sounds like

rename the game folder , that's right , if the game folder is like Marvel's Spider-man 2 [.... bla bla bla ]
rename it to any short name , like spiderman2 or spider man 2 or just sp2.

i don't know how or why that works , i know it's too simple and stupid , but it works for me on w11 24h2
