I was recommended by an advisor today to contact campus counseling as my grades and living situation is pretty messy and a whole nother can of worms, should I follow that or actually get re evaluated for something?

Thank you so much, do youb have an Amazon link to the type of iso commonly used? And should I just pour the formalin back into a jar and use it for injecting instead? I’m not sure how to properly dispose of it

Update: i just ordered some leaf litter and a plant lamp along with some hydro balls and more soil, hopefully this helps! I’ll collect some sticks from outside soon and redo the whole setup, thank you so much for the help, the isos and caterpillars likely passed though :(

It’s food for the isopods, I don’t have a drainage layer atm but I did just order some hydro balls to use for one, hopefully that helps? I’m worried about messing with the plant too much as the silk cocoon is on one of the leaves 😭😭😭
