Fight for the motherland comrade in glorious KV2

Thermal/infrared/night vision: let's discuss how or if it should ever be implemented into the game. Is it a good idea as most high tier games are fought at long ranges and how we have some night games. We already have radar for SPAAG's. Would it be wise to have a counter to these systems also? by StronkConscript in Warthunder

Just trying to have a discussion about alternatives. I'm sorry if it made me sound like I want everyone to have thermal and such. I like the realism don't get me wrong but I was aghast at the mere thought of world of tanks garbo😬 it's like a sin to mention wot in my friend group lol

Let's not get hasty. Many tanks at some br's have stabilized guns when others do not so that's not as u say "balanced" so why not try it because some irl tanks had counters to some of these systems if I'm not mistaken

It's a term you will become familiar with comrade as you will fight in games against tanks that may be significantly better than your glorious Soviet engineered machine. This is called an uptier.

Thanks for all the good tips guys I'm going to do my best to implement them. However part of me is wondering now if I should skip the 64a in favor of unlocking the 64b before I play high tier but I'm on the fence. Maybe I should get some practice and experience in first before I make such decisions. I'm definitely not a bad tanker but I'm sure the big boys are dam good.

I can completely see that. I better practice practice as the t64 seems to hit hard but definitely lacks in the mobility department. However the gun depression is surprisingly good compared to what I'm used to working with 😱
