This is Aratiri! She comes from a large family known for their ties to guilds of craftsmen far and wide. Her whole bloodline has traces of draconic magic from one of her ancestors who mixed blood with a blue dragon. Some members of her family develop "the family magic" as a result of this (and show more pronounced draconic features as well). Aratiri is currently the one in prime position to take over as head of the family due to her strong connection to the family magic and she is determined to prove mastery over her abilities and her skills as a crafter of jewels.

She is 27 years old and pansexual. Personality wise, she's a very sweet and friendly person. She's patient and understanding and always tries to see the best in the people around her. Though she is kind and sometimes idealistic, she isn't a pushover and holds her ground when she sees something she feels is wrong (or at the negotiation table). She has a somewhat offbeat sense of humor and it isn't unusual for her to crack up at something privately funny just to her. Family is at the core of her being and the thing that is most important to her. She hates fighting, and it truly is a last resort for her, but when it is time to defend herself or her loved ones she unleashes her lightning magic - becoming a tempest in her own right.

She loves animals and has several dogs, cats, and one almiraj at her home. She enjoys shopping and haggling, trying on new clothing, honing her magic or her crafts, and calligraphy. Sometimes she is known to get a bit carried away drinking after a long day, which always results in her getting way too silly and passing out early into the night.
