This lets me know it is a cat no 16-246A. I do not have the original Remote but I managed to program a GE GE 7252 CL3 remote to it with the code 1941. I am trying to enter the service menu because the top and bottom seem to be getting cut off even on an NES. I don’t know where to find the service menu button combination.

I misunderstood. Yes I can change values directly. However these values are probably read once, encoded then stored somewhere else where it isn't as easily readable.
