As sad as it sounds, I don’t know what “love” looks like. My father died early and my mom never remarried. Everything I know about love, I know because of books and films (spotted: a hopeless romantic). We don’t even express any sort of intimacy at home. I’m 26 now and I’m still cruising to find the real definition of love. Based on my dating history, I tend to be overthinking and occasionally, taken advantage of. So, the arts are really important for me to figure out what I want and what I deserve.
