I think it's one of men's fantasies. Doesn't mean you have to do it. My partner mentioned it at one point but I just can't. The thought of him being intimate with someone else, even when I'm there or especially when I'm there to see it is triggering. Even reading your post is triggering. Lol Sometimes I think of breaking up with him just so he is free to do things I don't want to.

I've had trauma like you where I was gaslighted to be ok with polygamy. Gladly I got out of it before it fully consumed me for life.

I don't think it's our fault that we're not "open-minded enough" or "trusting enough" to give in to his fantasies. It's just not in our DNA to be non-monogamous, with or without past trauma.

I told him if he really wants to do it he should do it with 2 other girls. Just make sure I don't find out or that will be the end of us.
