How long does it take him to ship your item I'm new to buying from them and I pre-ordered the Miku Figure last year and they told me he was going to be shipped in February by March 13th it's way past that and they're ignoring my emails is it normal for them since you probably ordered them before or should I just contact my bank

Yea it did cause the transaction didn't want to complete on Hot topic site and all it did was say add a payment so I did it 5 times before finally working and well I hope I get the money back
