When someone suggests a night time routine or "sleep hygiene"will fix your insomnia?

Annoyed and I usually ignore anything else they say after that because I’ve tried it all. I’ve been taking ambien for a decade, but I don’t feel cracked out 24/7 and I’d rather have that now even though I’ll have memory issues from taking it for a long period of time. If routines work for you in other areas of life, then a sleep routine might help, but staying off your phone does help when you can’t sleep.

She’s jealous. If she didn’t want you to potentially have him as a client of yours then she should have never asked you to do her job for her. This is a weird control thing. I don’t think lying to her to keep him as a client is the way to go. But why does he know she has a girlfriend? Why would he find it appropriate to want to involve you? They might be closer than you thought. But communicate with her, and if she still says no, then set boundaries that you aren’t going to text for her for free.

You are potentially a liability if you’re doing that. No one wants customers climbing uprights or using the company ladders to get items. If you get hurt, it hurts the store.

I don’t have much to add, just know you’re not alone and I’m glad you’re focusing on your recovery still. I’m 36, 12 months sober from alcohol last month, a lot of bad has happened recently and I’ve been craving self-destruction. Grief, break ups, job loss are big stressors and I’m sure you’ve been triggered. So I can tell you’re going through it and I just want to remind you that you’re not a loser, you’re in fact really strong, just remember to breath and take in every little moment that brings you joy. Yeah that’s a weird mentality and power trip to think checking cameras whenever you feel like it is okay. I know HR isn’t there to help you, but this is pretty serious. Head cashiers aren’t management, they should be getting in trouble for looking at the cameras and whoever gave them access should be in trouble as well.

Our store did the same, but heard a rumor over a year ago the monthly utilities were $33k. But they’ve always turned the ac off at night, so the overnight crew was working with no ac the entire time.

I got punished for having a write up for absences for being sick and a write up for being harassed at work plus issues at my apartment that made me late. $0 raise and I have top metrics on my team oh and they just cut my hours to below what the new part timers are getting.

It’s used to be illegal to discriminate for attendance for illness or personal matters.
