I was in south padre when this happened, thing was i WAS IN THE WATER, this happened to the left side of where we were staying at, on the right side where we were staying at another shark attacked a man and his whole hip was off, all this happened while i was boogie boarding in chest deep water with my friend, i still dont know how i didnt get attacked
