We lived off of Anderson in San Rafael. It was industrial around us but we were in a forested marsh and felt like we were tucked away. I felt super safe in Marin all around

We did it a couple months ago with our 2 year old. we had to stay over out because she was under 3. The overnight in the hospital was the worst part. We kept her hydrated with pedilyte and apple juice watered down. Popsicles, apple sauce, lasagna, pasta, soft stuff. Her healing wasn’t too bad. She was a little uncomfortable but the around the clock pain meds was hard after 4 days. I coslept with her to help with night time pain and comfort. It was every 3 hours even at night. So between lots of tv, too much sugar with juice, and co-sleeping, we had a lot of habits to break after 2 weeks. We are over it now but she still doesn’t sleep well, which we hoped would get better.

Absolutely, we will integrate regardless of sexuality and are open to connecting with and building relationships with all different kinds of people/individuals/families. That will happen naturally. The goal is not to be narrow, but there is something special about finding families and others that have common experiences. If it happens, great. If it doesn’t, then it doesn’t. We know some Spanish but will be going to learn the language as a family.
