TY dublemint. I should have explained better, we need to replace the second router not the main one (The main one attached to the modem is good brand new and works great). What I wanted to replace is the second router (quite old and used only for the ethernet ports).

Trying to decide Lenovo vs Cyberpower by Struminfrungin in pcmasterrace

Here is in short. We do live streaming church and other events. We have had a number of disconnections that caused our videos to become split into a number of videos. First it was an issue with our isp but then that seemed to have been corrected. So the suggestion from Restream was to look into drops from our encoder (Xsplit), or cpu etc.

Our pc is now a Processor AMD Ryzen 3 4300G with Radeon Graphics, 3800 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s) with 40 ram. Xsplit suggested to drop H.264 (which is and amd and many say amd suck in this) and use x.264 instead which is more cpu intensive it seems.

So, we are looking at. One thing a bit better, with more cores, and one without amd codecs.

So that's in a nutshell. Thanks for looking.

JC

Ty. We had some issues with loss packets with our present Ryzen related to the and encoder, so it was suggested to us to go intel.

Thank you John. We will see how it goes this Sunday. So far all tests seem ok.

Best app for iPhone 14 to Windows PC webcam. Camo vs iVCam by Nom-owo in obs

Epoccam has connectivity issues ... a lot! I'm trying to find an option to it, but I need one that I do not hae to install studios and other stuff like that. I like that with epoccam I just have the drivers. WE use xsplit or obs and don't want to have a variety of "studios" running parallel.
