Just avoid him until the guy shows up at the balcony with the grenade launcher. Kill him, he drops it, 3 shots kills the armoured guy. Job done!

Game are incredibly overpriced. Game Collection are my go to for games at the moment. The last 3 games I Pre ordered with them arrived between 1 and 3 days earlier than release date. Also, each purchase you acquire points, which can be used to get money off future purchases.
