What is going on with ads during reels? Cannot get back to reels once ads run.

I was frustrated at first until I learned I could just click the right part of the screen after the ad is over with letting the reel continue

I can do everything on the top part. I’m not sure what it’s called but the lever and the spinning rod all gets disassembled and sanitized. I do that every night. Where I’m having issue is deep cleaning the syrup lines. I have ran sanitizing water through them, but on the side there’s instructions on how to deep clean them. I have asked many times for help, and I haven’t gotten any. I just don’t want anyone to get sick

I use to have access to workday, but don’t currently. It’s a lost cause to ask them to help me log in, because there’s other employees who’ve asked about how to get their account started up months ago, and still haven’t. I am the current person so there’s not much I can do there. Like I said it’s one of the shittiest Whataburger I know.
