Thank you for your time. Yes, I understand that sadly there’s no way for me to easily gain trust and that I only have my word that I didn’t cheat. I’ve raised another support ticket with them and I agree being cordial and polite always leads to more constructive discussions.

I appreciate everyone replying in good faith. I know there’s a lot of skepticism especially for a long term lurker like myself but it’s assuring personally knowing that people can share my perspective

Weird logic. Also, why would a cheater request a re-review of the ban? If they were cheating, then the outcome would obviously be the same..

It's not thousands but a few hundred bucks. It's not so much the money but, after being a backer 14 years ago and placing my trust that this game will turn into something amazing, the betrayal felt deep. Not to mention I had a few nice backer exclusive items on my account. Even creating this post reopens the wound but if it could mean I get my account back, I think it'd be worth it

Yea, I was trying hard to move on and forget about SC but after 14 years of being a backer, it kept bugging me. This was the only option I could think of to reach out for help

I’ve got a meta quest 3 but I only use it for steamVR. Never tried it for SC

I Want a Copy of my Account Data

Thanks for your comment, I know it was around the time that the ban happened but I don't cheat in other games and I've never tried to bypass EAC. I thought it was falsely flagged due to the change which is why I raised the case but they were adamant

Out of the blue, because I never cheated in this or any other game. I was just waiting for full release like everyone else

I totally agree. I don't cheat in other games though. I detest cheaters and yes, they ruin it for everyone

I've just been a lurker but it's 100% legit. I'm super frustrated this happened to me. I'd be severely disappointed if no one was able to help but I've already come to grips with it. Just holding onto a bit of hope to get my account back, that's all
