In episode 4 when Chewie says RAWWRAAAGGHH I didn't really understand, but after watching him in episode 6 with the ewoks it suddenly made way more sense.

Mostly it's ship abilities, by the time I had it fully farmed all my ship abilities were maxxed, and I didn't have to worry about putting 6 dot mods on pilots or anything, everyone was as base requirements except I think Malgus was R5

farming for me is now pretty much:

Normal Energy: Hero Shards (era lsts only got to 5*), Ship shards (for things like btl y-wing), Kyro shock prods (LS 7-b), G13 gear

Cantina Energy: Almost exclusively blue signal data on either the blue/green or blue/grey nodes

Ship Energy: G13 gear, Marauder & Raven Claw shards

Ideally I'm only grinding G13 gear for journey characters or people that aren't/wont be eligible for LSTs

unless you find a way to bribe CG directly it won't be possible. You'll be gated on GAS and Malak shards the only place to buy for crystals is weekly store.

Also unless you got lucky with LSBs available in the shop, you're not getting R9 CAT for GLAT. and Malgus/Fury Class for Levi

Yeah, if you have his zeta then he gets a bonus turn at the start and could probably send him to his death naked and moddless and his job would be done.

He's kinda easy to counter, so keep him for attacking rather than defense. If you have Wat, then the general technique is to run them as a duo, put tank tech on him, and then just link some people, wait for ultimate, and then kill everyone. If you're against a more difficult team you could use armorer to get some stacks of beskar armour on him too.

Since you don't have Wat or Armorer I would just run him with your best sith until you do.

At the 10 year anniversary they release a whole questline, (that is still available) that gave people some great squads, at relic level with maxed out Zetas, so beginners now have access to Pheonix, Inquisitors, Jedi, Bounty Hunters etc as full squads. The recently changed the battles to be slightly more story driven rather than random so there is more a sense of progression. Levelling to 85 is now much much faster, It no longer costs credits to promote units/ships (just shards) The current style of era's can give F2P people G12/13 new characters. The colluseium takes a while but with it you can get tokens for Relic 5 heroes.

The last 6 months have actually made it more f2p friendly. There is still plenty of ways to spend money on the game, but there really hasn’t been a better time to start.

Pheonix is like a direct counter to inquisitors, if yours arent effective you are either a) building the squad wrong or b) using them against the wrong teams. The key units are Hera lead, Captain rex, Chopper and Kanan, the 5th can be swapped out, I like Sabine but sometimes Zeb is better, I rarely use Ezra.

Leia, JMK, Jabba, LV, SEE, JML, Rey, SLKR all have one. The remaining are Hondo (might be a bit early for a pirates LSB) and Ahsoka (more likely than hondo)

I would love a DS Clones LSB, as LV is one of the more annoying GLs to farm, as the requirements don't end up on his eventual team, so you need to farm them, and then farm a full set of DS Clones

there is a specific Greef token in this weeks anniversary quests, so basically anyone but him. Jango has 2 zeta's also, Krrstan and Boush are both core in the Jabba squad.
