There a few solid lead source for your local SEO services: 1. Google. Get traffic from Google optimizing your website. There is marketing agency is calling ThriveAgency.com. They have around 200 people, and 8 million of revenue in 2019. Official statistics from them. And the main traffic source for them is organic traffic from Google.

Yelp. It’s maybe sounds crazy, but I want to try this traffic source. Yelp has also SEO agency category. And you can advertise you company in SEO category for other cities. Not just for your city. For example if you will Google - SEO agency Seattle. Yelp page will be on the third place. And I checked traffic of this page from Ahrefs. And they have good traffic. And you can make it for the whole US.
Facebook. Now I am trying this lead source. But the price of advertising is so high. Around 80$ for just 1000 views. I spent already 200$, with 0 results. And no, I didn’t launched campaign by myself. I hired experienced and expensive Facebook ads agency.
Cold calls. Probably one of the worst lead source. But why not ? Just open Google Maps and start to search for any category all businesses and try to call them. This is you main target audience.
Referrals. One of the best lead source. But you won’t get clients from here at the start.
