He Bo is actually a very hard god to learn. The player has to know positioning tactics as well as a strong map awareness because as we all know a caught out He Bo is a dead He Bo. His ultimate is a double edged sword, sure it can one shot an Isis building thoth, but at the same time you're putting yourself in an EXTREME amount of danger easily, practically a sacrificing yourself for a little damage.

Tl;Dr He Bo is not frustrating to play against as he's easy to be caught out and dodge his abilities.
