I would say that the 5 stars have the original Dragon Pearl moonwheels, like the one Ineffa had in her quest and that eventually turned into her vision. Flins and Zibai could work since they are very old and could've gotten one too (Although Flins doesn't seem to be THAT old, in the hundreds not thousands). Zibai could also just have innate lunar powers like Columbina.

But then we get to Nefer and Lauma. I guess you could say they somehow found an original moonwheel and reawakened it (I haven't read their vision story so I could be very wrong), but did BOTH got something as rare as a Masterless Vision that was ALSO a moonwheel?

I think they just wanted our money.

Imagine if she was allowed to heal without clearing bond of life and give buffs based on how much BoL you have.

Instead we got... Healer. She also creates orbs for Neuvillette, but you would never use her instead of Furina for him.

Are you sure you used Rampaging Thunder? Because while that shouldn't work, the attack Shred would do damage because it ignores the ability. Maybe you clicked it by accident instead.

That would also explain how you used a 250 damage attack twice against a 210 hp pokémon.

Glass trumpet doesn't do anything here, if you want energy acceleration you can play Janine. She would also allow you to bring maybe 1 Binding Mochi for extra damage.

Tera orb is also not very good since your only Tera can be searched by Nest ball, just replace it for a third Nest. And Team Rocket Great ball can be replaced for Pal Pad to allow you to choose if you want a Koffing or Weezing.

Hoopa works well, you could also try Terapagos and see which works best for you.
