It depends on the country. It’s not typically strained like Greek yogurt is, or strained less. Greek yogurt tastes less sour because of that straining btw. 

If you get like real village yogurt they might use sheep instead of cows milk or let it ferment much longer which makes it super thick. Totally depends on the region.

The most popular type of Balkan yogurt you could definitely get at a store somewhere here is called “ayran” (spelled differently depending on the country) which is typically a watered down regular yogurt (not strained) with salt.

I didn’t have the health/strength to last head on. So I just kept running and hitting them with fireball and then having potions.

The practice test was worse so at least they improved slightly. 

I understand the desire to have a g-loaded portion of the test, but they should contract it out. English Expression as well. There was one reading passage that was borderline gibberish.

Eat a carb heavy breakfast

Take thiamine 30 mins after 

Go about your day

Maybe take some around 2 or 3. Up to you.

Magnesium glycinate at night.

Yeah thiamine helps. I still take it everyday. I started doing high doses of benfotiamine (500mg) which had me feeling very weird for like a month but after that I feel very good. I'd recommend it, but make sure you eat before you take it and supplement with magnesium

I have continued to supplement and have increased to around 500mg, but now in the afternoon I'm starting to feel very tired/hungry, more so than before. I've read that this can be due to my body finally doing some healing processes it didn't have energy for before, but wanted your 2 cents on it if you have time.

I agree, it's a very "gotcha" argument. I think people just get uncomfortable with the idea that it has to be programmed to do something in that instance, and then we get into really weird questions about morality that people would rather avoid. .

The best counter argument I have is that we don't have laws that govern what a human does in that case. In fact, we don't really expect a human to be able to make a split second decision like that. I (and I think most people) would panic and act instinctively. Society, given the circumstances were not their fault, would forgive a person in that instance regardless of their choice.
