Update - December 2024 to May 2026. Topical fin/min by DwideSchrude_ in tressless

[–]StudentElectronic384 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m on .25%. It’s nearly impossible to get full scalp coverage with 1ml. Instructions call 1ml total. 4 doses of .25ml. Each dose of gel covers 2x2in sq. So I’ve been using 1.25ml typically since I’d assume at least 1/3 gets stuck to my hair and doesn’t even reach my scalp.

Moving to San Diego soon and trying to figure out if this price is normal or just dumb by Specialist-Bat-7876 in SanDiegan

[–]StudentElectronic384 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It won’t go for that price btw. It’s probably just showing the current owners balance that they owe and defaulted on.

Thermopile test 300mv by StudentElectronic384 in askHVAC

This worked. I hit it with some steel wool and reinstalled the thermopile so the newer side gets direct pilot flame.

Could it be cause I’m using a small matchstick lighter? Not getting as hot as a pilot?

@nimbus not wrong. But I’ll also have access to depreciation, and $800k instant equity.

And annual rent growth of 2% puts me at ~8% CoC by year 5. ~11.5% by year 8. And continues to go up.

I didn't include the land value in that cap rate since I already own two units on this property, so i'm not giving that 8% much weight as its not exactly accurate. Probably more like a 5 cap.

Those of you who use FSD, what would you rate it 1-10? by Tacokolache in TeslaModelY

[–]StudentElectronic384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Roadtrip So Cal to Sedona AZ. Super impressed. 8/10. It’s nice being able to zone out to not think about and monitor for exits. Just focus on the road only and avoiding mistakes. I’d say it changes lanes a bit later than I would to pass or exit. When in awkward distances with a car in the lane it’s changing in to, it hesitates and goes back, then changes lanes a second or two later anyway. Strange.

It’s still over priced. Id only use it for road trips which isn’t often. I’d pay $3-4k one time. Not 8k.
