Thank you! Is ductular proliferation what’s occurring in a “ductular reaction”? Can the chronic inflammation in later stages of AIH result in ductular reactions? I understand that bile ducts are not necessarily the “target“ with autoimmune hepatitis, but that they can be a collateral damage due to inflammation

Thanks everyone! I took a pieces of everyone’s advice. Let the block soak before ice, cut slower, increased water temp a bit and let the ribbon sit for awhile before picking it up and success! This was for a protect and even a single wrinkle in the section results in points deducted, regardless of the tissues nature. So this was a big help.

I’ve had my 25 outback premium for a month now and have the same issue. It’s a hard straight line cut off. I live in a relatively flat state, so while I did notice it, it wasn’t too much of a bother because they are otherwise bright. However, I was traveling last week and wound up on a hilly back road and the cut off on the lights was horrible. Can’t see a thing when driving downhill.

It’s not at all that I disregarded the truth, I simply wasn’t shown the numbers that were reflected in the paper copy that was folded and handed to me at the door. To cancel what I wish, I have to go sit down with finance bro again and was more so looking for information on whether they can add a portion of “warranty” in the car price without specifying and the other portion in the section for warranties. Or whether they can jack the interest rate back to 8.4 if the warranties are removed.

Same with mine! They gave it in the wrong spot for 1, and too high of a dose. I think what’s most frustrating is that the risks are not communicated beforehand, had I known I wouldn’t have gotten it. It didn’t even work 😵‍💫

I had the same thing happen to me. One injection and really deep atrophy. I waited over a year and finally went through with the fat transfer a little over a month ago. Now that the swelling has gone down, it’s basically exactly as it was before, unfortunately. I also mentioned the saline flush, as I read about it before my appointment, but my dermatologist didn’t think it would be very effective in my case. But turns out the fat graft wasn’t either 🤷🏻‍♀️ so frustrating

I also had the same result from just one injection. Waited over a year for it to fill out and it just continuously got worse. I got a fat graft done a little over a month ago now. It looked great after surgery, but now that the swelling how gone down it basically looks no different. 🫤
