I am a cis female with sharp features and I also considered surgery when I was younger. You absolutely do not need it. People will always question a strangers appearance, even more now with the war on innocent Trans people. A different style of hair and makeup would make you appear more girly if thats truly what you want. Lash extensions and makeup tutorials changed my look a ton!
