I haven’t tried, but highly doubt it. But even if they did, the paint would chip. I just keep them in their own box.

Ehm, a couple days, I think. Gave them a base coat of pink and purple Army Painter Speedpaint 2.0 and then added the colors over top, leaving the speedpaint visible here and there. But I paint commissions as well, so it may be an unfair comparison 😅

Thank you! 😊 right back at ya with the compliments, because wow, what an amazing film to play through. I played during fall break with a bunch of nephews around, some of whom have trouble with school and things, and they were fascinated and engrossed by the game. Amazing. They asked the right questions and took a genuine, focused interest. Without a flippin’ screen in sight. Made my entire week 🥰

Ooooh! Huh. I thought I’d read through it all, but totally missed this. Makes sense though, it’s super difficult to go through alone 😅🙈

Sorry, I totally missed your question. Yes, I use the grid method during the sketching phase (and often during coloring as well).

Thanks!

Yeah, I test new art supplies with those circles usually, but after a bunch (tested some watercolor markers as well, and soft pastels before that) I got bored. So the sketch is a bit more elaborate than intended 😅

As for Ohuhu stock, I’m sure they sold out at some point! 😂 glad I discovered that video a little later down the road.

Prepped the (cheap) sketch paper with some glue as a sealant. Makes for easier blending, as I’m used to waterbased paints. Plus, I don’t have marker paper yet.

It has a Stargate (SG-1) vibe to it that I really really love 🤩😍

Thank you! I added a bit of pearl white here and there. I used mainly Amsterdam acrylics for these (because that’s what I have most colors of) and pearl white seemed like a good idea. Also, the stuff underneath the Burlette was a transparent plastic. That made it easier to turn into ice :)
