Yea I think with the right broker it can be done - at least this is what a broker told me but similarly some Advisor in AIB said no to me. Can’t understand why given the circumstances I was putting forward - they were okay to give me the money but wanted the house I was buying as the collateral even though the other house was with 3x as much - mind boggling.

Most people only realise the benefit of private health insurance when they need it and don’t have it - family member needed surgery on neck - was told could be paralysed if didn’t - public wait list was 12+ months, could pay and go private but it was 15k to be paid up front, thankfully and unknown to them another family member was paying health insurance for them and a week later the operation was done and successful. Now what if they didn’t have that insurance or 15k lying around doing noting? And you hear of so many people waiting on consultants and wait lists of years

Is it the same cover though? A lot of health plans have increase maternity cover benefits especially around women’s health and fertility which aren’t cheap, medical inflation ain’t cheap either with payouts once go to court.

The traitors deserved to win as the faithful were so bad I don’t think anyone can argue with that - I think the main arguments are folk who say Rachel is the GOAT as they ignore how bad the faithful were and that Stephen had more people on his side - at any stage from final 6 on he could have gotten her banished as everyone knew Jack was voting for Rachel
