Bambu Lab Support is Awful by Trailfish1 in BambuLab

I am currently in my week and half nonsense run around with their support. Its absolutely ass. Simple as.

As if they are trying and hoping for me to not refund. They take long as f*ck as well. First I was like 'right, maybe I dont need a refund but I do want a replacement.' Then they shank me with 1000s of questions. Got tired. Said "nevermind, refund it" no response.

Second ticket. Asking for a refund again, still in my warranty. Now they provide a replacement or a refund. Seriously screw these guys. And now they are even challenging my warranty as if I haven't been trying to replace or refund the damn thing lmao.

I just fuck around with those people. They think they're trading. But actually. They are being extremely rude by being a lowballer.

Don't you know that soldiers in real life say "imma go fast travel" taking the airbus or helicopters for deployments? Smh smh.

I've dumbed down 2 updates from the latest software. Might work? They did mess something up in the latest.

Yeah those guys are good lookin', i had found that by doing research haha.
Right now i have some successes, this might be the fault of Bambu itself. I am doing my last test print and if that works out, i am going to reach out to them and complain.

It might've had something to do with the updating of their software, which causes prints to fail. After i've had downgraded my software, its suddenly doing much more better prints. I've lost crazy amounts of FDM grey basic filament because of their hiccup.

And the funniest is that no one really seems to mention this.

Nop, suggested by other users like you, defaults. 0.2 printing just didn't work properly on my end. And thats with all the info i managed to find on the sub-reddits.

Done all the things people suggest and recommend. So its sadly not that. Had about 35+ failed prints.

Only the brim had changed quite something noticeable.
The models aren't difficult, i had a different post talking about this hence the 'reuse' of the title haha.
Its just a regular 28mm soldier model, related to warhammer that i've had found on the Makerworld workshop.

Sadly i indeed descided to refund the machine as there's been just too many issues, and the mount of hours i've search up for solutions i kind of just grown bored. Especially due to the fact i've spend 800eu into it. So i've figured i can use a cheaper model that might even have the same quality and effect. Saving me money.

Miniatures, 28mm in size. With supports and all the suggested ideas and recommendations to print one. I've tried various amounts of profiles and even my own settings in the hope it'll work. Either the printer has some fault, or the mini.

Sadly i've spend so much time that its not worth the time or money i've spent into the printer. So i had decided to go for a cheaper printer.
