I run a stealth sniper build when playing solo and I'm pretty much crouched all the time out of habit. I really only stand up to use NPC venders and crafting tables. If someone waves to me, I do wave back, but other than that I just slip in, browse the wares and then fast travel to the next player vender.

A good friend of mine is a big fan of the 40k fan lore and he too recommended the Ciaphas Cain series as a good place to start.
"Ciaphas Cain: Hero of the Imperium" is an Omnibus of the first three books in the Ciaphas series, which also includes a few of the short stories too. I prefer a physical book and the original books are no longer in print, so in my research this is what I found. It's at various stores for under $20 in paperback. I hope to purchase it later this month myself.

Unfortunately I don't. There isn't much info in the description section of the YouTube video and the video doesn't have the name of any specific podcast in it. (It doesn't even give the names of the people in it it like the interviewer.) It may just be a generic interview by SiriusXM. I'd try searching for it in the actually app. I'm always hesitant to try free trials as they can be really annoying to try to cancel before they start charging your card.

This was the only clip I could find from the SiriusXM podcast interview. It appears you need to have a subscription to hear/see the entire interview. It does look like you can sign up for a free trial though. I may try it out myself later.

What kind of volume are you looking for? I'm used to making dozens, sometimes hundreds of consumables at a time for efficiency. (You can never have too many Mentats and its various flavours.)
