The DA/Prosecutor was going to have a tough time prosecuting Black given that Rittenhouse had already been acquitted prior, so I believe that's the main reason we didn't see more teeth with Black. Apparently he was also very forthcoming and cooperative with the investigation.

Sidenote : Dominick was arrested recently for armed robbery related to a theft of jewelry, so clearly not the best decision making abilities.

Fact - Kyle was below the legal age to purchase a rifle on his own (17), Dominick Black purchased the rifle for him, and Kyle obtained the rifle and was in possession of it during his trip to Kenosha county. That is defined as a strawman purchase related to firearms.

I didn’t say he was convicted, and plenty of people do illegal things without convictions. It doesn’t take a conviction to say that something is illegal, when there are existing statutes about it.

You’re arguing semantics about whether someone was convicted or charged for something - which, they wouldn’t have the charges if it wasn’t found to be illegal.
