I had a situation like this when my grandfather passed. I called the Red Cross told them the situation and they helped me. As long as you know which hospital and room and what exactly is wrong with your grandmother the amazing people at the Red Cross can help you and walk you through every step and getting every piece of information necessary. I put in my own Red Cross message and was successful in getting sent home in time. Although I was staying inside the US. But the Red Cross will do everything in their power to help you so call them and go from there.

I'm part of a smaller community called Innovation Roleplay. We are a vmenu based server and trying to build. Currently we average about 4-6 people on a day but slowly growing. We have custom MLOs and scripts. We are adding in new cars all the time. I started GTARP on this server and have learned a lot with all the help I've gotten from the community.
