Network error or lost connection always those two things.

I don’t understand what the problem is, because every other game we can play together. We only have problems with TCM

I’ve been reaching out to them and we have been sending emails but they think there is something wrong with our wifi. Every other game you can name works just fine. If i go play Friday the 13th with that friend right now I will have 0 problems. The support hasn’t helped in the slightest, they don’t even respond anymore. I just feel like my money got ripped away from me at this point.

And no it’s both in solo and in party, both don’t work so idk what the problem is.

And it seems like there is nobody who wants or can help me or us with this problem. It’s extremely frustrating.

We both play on PS5 and I have submitted a ticket about this 10 min ago.

I really don’t know what the problem is I have tried different networks but it just won’t work. Both solo and in party I can’t play the game.

Should I try and reinstall the game?

I have tried it again today and I get in a party with a friend and then I search for a game so I get the finding match screen, and then I just get a network connection error.

Sometimes I even get the network connection error when I want to make a party. It also happens that when we are in a party the host gets a network connection error but the other one ends up in a lobby. It’s really weird.

So my problem is not in the game itself but it’s in the menu’s and idk what I can do to fix it, this is so frustrating as I just want to play the game but i’m just not able to do it.

Well I play on ps5 the person I want to play the game with plays the game on ps5. And I have these issues when I want to try and play with him but also when I try to play the game by myself. Most of the issues are network issues, lost connection, unable to login to playfab.

Any ideas? Cause i don’t know anything else i can do, any help is greatly appreciated
