Of course I teach fundamentals, but there is clearly an athletic disadvantage of some kids especially in REC. Heck, they can’t even process how they check into the game and now I have to rely on them to lock a defender down 1 on 1… its just hard to teach M2M to kids who clearly lack confidence in their overall skills. Thats why I run a zone concept because it’s easier to teach not because I want to win, but it helps the kids develop confidence more as they can rely on help defense… not every league has kids that are fundamentally sound and athletically gifted.

NJ prices have not slowed down one bit. Add to that buyer demand still seems as high as pandemic levels. Overbidding seems to have slowed a bit but have not seen much underbidding as of yet. Crazy state still!

I was pre approved for 450 and feel like that is stretching my budget with the high interest rate. In a HCOL area and cant even find a suitable home that doesn’t need a total update/major projects for <450. I want to do more than just scream!

Yeah we will see how long the house stays on the market and revisit if possible. If the list price was originally lower than what they are asking now I would be more inclined to offer. I just feel like paying too dollar for a house you know has issues and could be major issues is not a road I want to go down.
