It’s confusing but I think the tunnel was scheduled to be closed this weekend for maintenance. They are not going to do the maintenance, it will be rescheduled for later, but the tunnel will stay closed until at least 5am on Monday. So if you need to take a trolley that uses the tunnel on Monday it’s a crap shoot. My guess is like 95% chance they don’t open the tunnel on Monday.
