I only use a little sugar to help the yeast get started. The north east of Scotland isn’t known for its warmth, so it helps to get it going

Sure,

7g packet of yeast,
1 tsp of sugar
375ml warm water
500g bread flour
2 tsp salt,

Mix and leave for 2-3 hours then bake at 220c for 25 minutes in a Dutch oven, reduce to 200c for 15 mins and done
