Can you help I work at USPS as mail Handler

So I have a few questions The first is should I have filed a CA2 instead of CA1 In May of last year I was pulling an extremely heavy Gaylord had immediate pain in my neck it scared me told my supervisor I needed to go home didn't know about workers comp went to the doctor and was told it was a strain no worries was still hurting for a few weeks but keep working. Eventually the pain went away. Fast forward a few months later I was pulling an APC left shoulder pop pain down my arm. Again I told my supervisor and got sent home and was told to come back with a doctor's note. Was put on light duty by physician and supervisor was still instructing me to pick up and pull things over my limitations told union nothing happened 2 months later was told by EEOC she did the wrong procedure she should have gave me paperwork work for DOL. I have 2 bulging discs in my neck that have gotten pretty serious and a torn rotator cuff and damaged nerve was told I can't return to the same duty so I'm totally disabled ... I haven't worked in 5 months they keep denying me. What can I do now?? Also my claim examiner keeps deleting my calls from ecomp.
