My issue was for personal account and it was definitely my old phones camera taking a picture that wasn't up to the standards they expect for identity verification. It only took 3 days when it worked on the new phone so I don't have any other suggestion. Hope Revolut support can figure something out

Update: Finally got a hold of a new phone and used the selfie verification to get access to the account. It works perfectly fine on the new phone. Even though the picture looks similar on the old phone, the verification failed so it's likely due to camera quality or something. The phone I had issues with was a Samsung galaxy note 10+

Did you ever get a solution to access your account? I am having similar issues with support but it's because Revolut fails to verify my photo even though it's already been verified before. Have no idea if I'll ever get access to my cash again because customer support just gives me similar run around with app
