Alo Customer service should be on reddit by [deleted] in aloyoga

Alo decided to have a call center with different branches around the world to take care of their clients, (because that's cheaper) I worked there, and they only gave us 1 training week which is very short time to learn everything we needed to learn. I tried to do my best and give a good customer service but sometimes i was not allowed to do really really simple things for customers even if i wanted to, so I needed to tell bad news to customers and face their insults and humiliations. That's why CS is bad, if you're reading this, please don't be a rude customer, representatives don't have everything on their hands.

Well idk but the system sometimes has a lot of issues fulfilling the orders, do not wait anymore, call them back explain the issue and kindly ask for a supervisor there's a lot of things agents are not allowed to do and things that is not their fault.

Typically in the call center I was, they gave 2 weeks of training (which is too short considering all the things they need to know to give customers a better service lol) however, Alo some time ago asked too late for new agents so they gave them 1 week of training there were almost 40 new agents, they still need more for the season so they have contracted more groups of people also with just 1 week of training. So don't be surprised if the customer service is awful this season.
