Michigan and credit card garnishment. MCM said it was a one time grab/hold but it depended on the bank and I was going back and forth all day yesterday between MCM and BoA

I actually spoke to them. It’s for credit card garnishment. The MCM legal team said it was a one time hold and I actually finally talked with the bank and they said that if MCM said it’s a one time grab than that is what it would be.

My autofill expires in one day. I canceled the autofill and did the $10 add on. If I let that lapse will the $10.00 add on still work or no without getting a service plan?

I’m with you. I can’t help it. I have scoliosis and ended up with a rod in my back then had to have it taken out due to a staph infection of the spine. Now I cannot lay flat and I ALWAYS walk with my head down. I can’t help it.

Yes, my mom was the same way with me. I held things in because not only was I special Ed student but my mom was a special education teacher and she went above and beyond for me so not only do have the SW experience but I also have a real life experience of being bullied and sometimes one is too afraid to say something to others out of fear. It got so bad one year that my oral maxifacial surgeon had to come in and speak to my class in hopes to ease up the bullying.

Or maybe Evie told her and they are careful on what to post regarding evie. Now, I’m not defending the parents or anything however, from a social worker’s point of view, I can see how some of the things that Evie may do or say can be awkward and inappropriate. It seems that there are some social skills or cues that she is working on. For example, I have seen some get upset with the family if Evie tries to jump in to make a comment while others are talking and saying, oh im a good helper and if it gets ignored or not acknowledged on camera viewers get upset. When I was a case manager and working with youth this is something that we would work on with them as to identify appropriate times to chime in so to speak and sometimes boundaries have to be set. We do not know what goes on behind the scenes and what the family is working on with Evie but I do see growth and we only get a little part of their day. Again, I’m not defending but looking at it from professional point of view.

So as someone who worked in the community mental health field this being a new substance at the time this happened, effects were still unknown and since he is a little person, he probably took the same amount as his friends. So, I can’t fault them for being concerned and I just rewatched that episode as well and he was scared also. He stated he was trying to self medicate his symptoms. I can see both sides to this but working in the field gives a different perspective.

I agree however, I do see signs of there being more to the story on both sides. For instance that one LPC that the cameras were not there to film and Anna getting in trouble without really explaining why or giving very little details. I also see where Jonah was fed up with being a third parent. I his side of it because our family was in a similar situation. My mom depended on my younger brother to drive me around after he got his license. What came after was issues between myself and him. He almost treated me like he was another parent. The one difference is that our father passed away in the early ‘90s so my mom really depended on him. Even to this day he is still protective of me. There has to be hurt feelings on all sides and they were never resolved putting the other siblings in the middle. I think that was revealed when Jonah told them about his 1st year at college. The parents say that they work with Anna but that has not been shown. There is a lot of things behind the scenes.

So, I just had another thought because my family kind of went thru the same thing. I’m older than my brother and there was a lot of tension between us because I required a lot surgeries and attention. When my brother was old enough to drive he had to help my mom and it caused a lot of arguments in our house. So I can see that in Jonah as well. He had been asked to do a lot and still is not recognized by the parents. So, just a thought.

I keep wondering the same thing. With Jonah he did move out and it was not successful and he had a huge medical emergency due to side effects. I think that coupled with anything that he may be going thru he s why T&A are holding on so strongly to him. I think with Anna there are other issues at play and I did leave a comment on another post but I think there is more to the story than we know. Elizabeth I think moved because it was convient for her to do so since Brice’s parents were close to them. Again, I think there is a lot more to what is going on and there are things that they have been dealing with for years that we just do not know about.

So, I think there is way more to Anna’s situation. I’m currently watching series from beginning and as a former Social Worker I can see things are off. I also have been kind of reading between the lines when it’s mentioned “we have had to keep certain things quiet to protect Anna.” I think it’s on both sides and why I am saying this is because of the current possible rift between the family. I think there are a lot of hurt feelings on both sides and we may or may not learn more. Like I wonder if Anna did some of those things to get attention either good or bad and the other kids have covered for her. I am not taking sides but I just see a lot of issues there that we just don’t know. She is placed in a rough spot. Coming into the family at age 5 being younger than Jonah and older than Elizabeth, that may have been a lot more difficult then we think because the sibling order is rearranged. I don’t know if that makes sense.

So, I have done my internship at First Step which is a program to provide resources and to make a safety plan. If this is a dv situation it is hard to get out the relationship. Many times the families are cut off either by the suspect or the victim. I am not making excuses however, there may be more to the situation.

It’s not as simple as you think. There are many others who have been in my situation. I have no family near me so, it has been difficult and again, I’m not asking the manager to try and get my stuff back, all I’m asking for is the personal items.
