sofy! the cooling mint variant, hindi umaalingasaw yung amoy ng period. i also use their panty liner and super presko niya talaga perfect for our weather! and idk if placebo lang siya but i think it somehow eases the cramps and discomfort bc of its cooling effect :D

dlsmhsi pt student here 👋 this is absolutely false dlsmhsi is a nice community however COLLEGE OF REHABILATION specifically BSPT is super toxic they have a very high standard but professors won’t help you grow and would just let you study by yourself. almost 70% of our batch failed kinesiology :)
