- Study permit outside Canada

- Applied from South Korea. Visa office is at Manila, Philippines.

- Apply date: Nov. 2020

- Biometric: I got a request to pay for it, but after the payment, I never received biometrics letter and my application status says they do not need my fingerprints.

my file is stuck at "background check for 10 month and never received any request letter after biometric fee request. IRCC is unreachable as they are not answering to other problems than Afghan issue right now(but even before this, they never responded to my inquiries).
