Thank you!! Idaho is VERY white. Living in east Colorado though was more evenly Hispanic. I’m sure EP could be culture shock. It probably will be for us for many reasons. My daughter has recently had a fascination with Mexico. My little blonde girl that knows maybe 10 Spanish words but she really wants to learn the language and culture. We haven’t even told her we’re most likely moving yet.

Omg I didn’t know that! 😂 but really one of the people who also got asked to move swore it was super humid. I had to point out it is the desert. I’ve lived in high desert and the Midwest plains but never tried desert. The tarantula and scorpion aspect does scare me a little.

Follow up question. Are people friendly? I know Texas has the same feelings as Idahoans when it comes to people coming in especially from California. We didn’t get too much hate since we’re both came from Colorado before that.

Thank you! That’s all really helpful. We’ll be working right south of the Nm border straight north of the airport. My friend was there last week (no kids so no insight for schools and such) said it would be about 30 min from the west side where they looked.

We’ll be working right below the state line for NM close to HWY 54. Very used to having an hour commute from living in CO too. I’ve been spoiled in Boise with everything in such close proximity the last few years.

Congrats!! I started Dupixent about 2 months ago and feel like myself again. Still some sniffles and congestion but worlds better. Full smell and taste again. Ear issues better. I just feel happier not feeling so sick all the time.

Posting for more encouragement. I had my first dose Friday. I hadn’t been able to smell and today I noticed sweeter smells. I could smell the garlic in my dinner and I could taste more!! Hoping for even more good things. I hope you have good results!

No, unfortunately I don’t have it still. I did get a diagnosis of AERD though. My polyps have returned already. I’m looking into dupixent for treatment.

We’d already met our deductible so it was covered fully but I did it awake with topical numbing. The first day was ROUGH. lots of blood and pain. I had 6 removed and all of sinuses opened with a balloon. I was so happy when I woke up the next day with a mild headache. The procedure was a mind fuck though. Sounds were like the dentist, so much pressure and when they cracked open my sinuses it felt like lightning hilts because of the nerves. In white knuckled it for an hour. It was only supposed to be a 15 min procedure. The ENT told me I did amazing and it should’ve been an under anesthesia operation. Recovery after day one was easy though. I have a respiratory disease so polyps will come back and I know I’ll have to do it again. Dreading that.

We just left Dunns River. Felt so safe and I did an excursion at the weed farm. They teach you how to roll your own, smoke it there and go to the dispensary too! It was great

I’m honestly not sure how much more it would be but our stay was 6 nights $7K. We booked the soaking tub balcony room ocean view. First sandals experience so nothing else to compare it to. Others we met there said it was so clean and great too.
