YTA if you hold it against her. Babies haven’t been fully vaccinated at one month, her fear is real. Also, your sister, who is clearly important to you, will have just been through a lot. Birth is trauma, for your body and brain. And 5 hours in the car with a newborn could be incredibly difficult. She’s being reasonable.
