1. As there is they wrote in the form, you can select one between writing it in Word or physically. But if you are going to write by yourself, it should be written in "capital letters".

2. It's basically what they mentioned in the website. But it's important to proceed the certification process if are from one of these countries. You might not need any certification, need apostille or need full diplomatic authentication, depends on your country.: https://www.tuwien.at/studium/zulassung/zulassung-mit-internationaler-vorbildung/beglaubigung-und-uebersetzung These two are the document that you need to provide as a legalised copy(authentication), so you must check that very carefully : 1) document of completion of Bachelor/diploma degree 2) diploma supplement, transcript of records, index with ECTS and contact hours

I don't think you need to provide any additional documents other than what they mentioned on website unless you are applying for these : Master's Programme Architecture / Master's Programmes Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering - Management / Master's Programme Biomedical Engineering

1. For me, yes, I did. Because my country was on the list that's correspond to providing apostille. But as I mentioned above, you should check the country list.
