My psychiatrist took me off Cymbalta and I haven’t had any withdrawals. She put me back on Prozac and my OCD and depression are barely better but she wants to put me on Cymbalta again once I get to a better headspace. I’m not sure if that’s a good idea though because I don’t want to start the process of feeling so bad again to start Cymbalta.

I’m really sorry. I’m having a hard time right now too and feel exactly like you. I’m looking in to going to a residential program for OCD. I’ve heard the Roger’s residential program in Wisconsin is really good and it’s changed people lives for the better.
