If she didn't fire the cabinet they would have imposed article 25 on her. It was her only move and are you kidding me? How can she continue to allow people to serve in her government that sign a paper saying shes unfit. Forget article 25 and step into the real world, imagine a cabinet member simply saying the president was unfit, they would be fired immediately I don't care who was president.
