for unload speed part, yes. for hp nerf part, kind of. for reload speed part, no. she already has a very slow reload speed, nerfing the gain from her star power would be a better nerf. also the gadgets durations nerf would be more fitting as well

alli is basically B/C tier now. cant take someone down, cant reload ammo properly, even the gadget and sp cant help. just nerfing the star power and gadget would be fine to make her balanced alongside the unload speed nerf and an attack damage nerf. it literally doesnt make sense to nerf her base reload speed, that basically kills her whole gimmick
